About Katie

Katie Malott has been a dedicated Realtor in the Indianapolis area since 2011, building a business rooted in integrity, strong communication, and a heart for service. In 2017, she founded Malott Realty Group, and her passion for both people and real estate has only grown since.

Today, Katie proudly serves as Regional Vice President and Managing Broker for the new BHHS Indiana Realty Anson office, where she supports agents and clients across Zionsville, Whitestown, and the northwest side of Indy. As part of the BHHSIN Leadership Team and Gives Back Coordinator, she’s committed to creating a culture of collaboration and impact.

Katie’s involvement in the real estate industry is extensive. She’s a graduate of MIBOR and IAR’s Leadership Academies, was named MIBOR’s 2021 Realtor® of the Year, and continues to serve in various leadership roles including:

  • Vice Chair, MIBOR ECDC

  • Board Member, HAMCO & Boone County Divisions

  • Committee Member, Grievance, DEIB, Realtor® Foundation Ball, Golf, and Summer Events

  • Chair, Sell Our Cities

  • Founding Member, MIBOR RAW (Real Estate Advocacy & Wellness)

 

Outside of real estate, Katie loves spending time with her husband and two kids, volunteering locally, and exploring Indy’s best food spots with family and friends.
